From December 8 to 11, 2024, the historic city of Rome hosted "PEACE, What’s Next? LTA Results and Future Steps", a seminar organized under the Erasmus+ framework. Bringing together experts, practitioners, and academics from across Europe, the event served as a key moment to reflect on the achievements of the first two years of the PEACE project and to chart the path forward toward PEACE+.
We are proud to share that Marina Auclair, EUC Voices Project Manager from the University of Grenoble-Alpes, France, represented EUC Voices during the seminar. On Tuesday, December 10, Marina contributed to the session on European Best Practices on Civic Engagement, sharing insights into how EUC Voices fosters civic engagement among European students, contributes to activating their European citizenship and empowers them.
With over 120 participants from 15 countries, the seminar marked the conclusion of the PEACE initiative’s first phase and opened discussions for its future evolution into PEACE+. Sessions addressed topics such as democratic citizenship, EU values, and strategies for fostering broader civic and political participation through Erasmus+.
Marina’s contribution reflected EUC Voices' dedication to promoting civic engagement and inclusion, embodying the spirit of collaboration and innovation that PEACE represents.
We look forward to continued collaboration and shared progress on these vital goals for Europe’s future!
