The EUSAF - European Universities Student Ambassadors' Forum is a platform for students from European Universities Alliances (EUAs) to share their views, experiences, and ideas on the current and future state of higher education (HE) in Europe.
The EUSAF aims to foster student engagement, identity, and a sense of belonging within and across EUAs, as well as to provide input and recommendations to EUAs and other stakeholders. The concept of EUSAF is developed within the EUC Voices project consortium and is coordinated by SGH Warsaw School of Economics and the Erasmus Student Network.
The EUSAF is composed of selected student representatives called "Ambassadors" selected by each participating European Universities Alliance. The Ambassadors meet twice a year online and once a year in person.
The in-person meetings are organized by SGH once a year, in collaboration with the Erasmus Student Network:
- 1st edition: from the 12th to the 14th of September 2024
- 2nd edition: from the 4th to the 6th of September 2025
- 3rd edition (to be defined) June/July 2026

The European Universities Student Ambassador Forum (EUSAF) is pleased to announce the call for nominations for EUSAF 2026 and invites the European Universities alliances to nominate their student ambassadors to represent them in this unique pan-European forum.
EUSAF brings together student ambassadors from across the EUIs to foster dialogue, cooperation, and joint action on issues that matter to students across Europe. The 2025 edition, with the in-person meeting in Warsaw on September 4-6, promises to be an inspiring and impactful event, continuing the legacy of collaboration and innovation established in previous edition.
Please, note that the deadline for nominations is March 31, 2026.
