The European Student Assembly (ESA) is the flagship initiative of the EUC Voices Erasmus+ project, bringing together every year around 250 motivated students from across European University Alliances. Now in its fourth edition, ESA has become a unique forum where young people from diverse academic backgrounds and nationalities gather at the European Parliament in Strasbourg to debate some of the most pressing challenges facing the European Union today.
Selected participants will have the chance to join one of several thematic panels, each dedicated to a key topic shaping the future of Europe — from climate action and social justice to digital innovation, democracy, and global cooperation. Students can apply either as participants, contributing actively to debates and recommendations, or as coordinators, taking on a leadership role to guide discussions and ensure collaborative outcomes.
By taking part, students will not only gain invaluable experience in European policymaking but also co-create concrete policy recommendations addressed to EU institutions, ensuring that the voice of Europe’s younger generations is heard where it matters most.
